Yokohama Avid ENvigor on your X3?

Anyone running them? I have a [run flat] set on my 328xi and I think they are awesome... So I ordered the non-run flat version for the X3... Mounting them up on Monday... Anyone have opinions of them on their X3?

Been running 235/55/17 Envigors for 6 mos., 10K km. - observations:

- quieter than Scorpions

- dry & wet handling seems to be comparable to Scorpions

- X3 still scoots round 90 deg. turns with its usual eagerness

- no significant experience in snow, but not expecting too good a performance in that aspect

- chose as tread pattern is a sort of cross between standard Scorpion type and the newer type like Pilot Sports. Figured best to stay reasonably close to the proven performer.

- hard to say how long they will last, but probably not quite as long as Scorpions

- they look good and the price is right

- not too many U.S.-made tires I would buy, but this is a good one

Thank you for the feedback!! I have been quite happy with them on my 328xi... and plan to put them on my Audi A4 3.0 later in the year as well..

Thanks again!

got them on my 05 and agree with supercourse's assement. It's about almost 20k and I will add that they don't do that well in the snow/ice. I don't think I'll get 64k out of the m like the oem scorpians
