Very common. One of my close buddies down here is 35. There's a lot of 18-19 year olds but there's just as many mid-late 20's.

just stumbled across your post and pictures!

As soon as I saw that teaser interior shot on your initial post, I knew it was the CF leather or, something like it!

I have a contact with the trade here that does the CF leather, the same material used on the E92 M3 for instance in some of their factory interior options etc. I also have the CF fabric which many of us E39 guys use for covering up the wooden trim pieces etc. A nice more budget option, but still a very high quality product

Brother used to have a 96 E36 Cosmos black 328i SE which we dressed up as a sport around 2000-2002. That was running on genuine 18 inch ACS type 3's and full M3 vaders etc. It matched my then E34 cosmos black 95 525i Sport which I also had genuine ACS type 3's on as well!

Nice to see an E36 like yours in what looks like excellent condition !

Eric the functions were PnP and all work but my airbag light is on. That's something I'm going to take care of a little further down the line.

Only the rears are mounted. One of the fronts has a flat spot.

For starters I need spacers all around...bad. and as much as I didn't really want to share this, the spare is on the other side of the car due to me having next to no time to fix this bent front wheel I still have.

Hopefully with my tax money and the money I get for selling my old wheels (pending me getting off my ass and finally listing them) I can make some of this stuff happen.

what type of wheels are you looking to get rid of?. Also, did you ever sort out the airbag sensor issues with the E46 seats?.
