good x5?
i found this x5 yesterday and was wondering if its a good x5 for the money (11,888)? Or should i get the one thats similar except with no winter, sport, or premium pkg's for $9999? Whats even the purpose of the sport pkg except for the clear tailights and headlights?
Im 16 and will be driving up to lake tahoe a lot during summer for fun and in the harsh winter for skiing every weekend. I've always wanted an x5 since i was about 5 years old but cant choose between the x5 with all the pkg's or the basic x5 thats cheaper. Thanks!! |

Lower miles would be my preference. 40,000 miles is a big difference.
The sport version has the sport seats with the adjustable thigh rests - good on long drives. nicer wheels on the sport version. see if you can get any service records: brakes, radiator, suspension service. maybe you can negotiate the price down. Good luck!

we live in Bellingham, Washington and could not imagine NOT having the loaded version...each of us can have seat warmers so we can keep the cabin a more neutral 70 degrees...as previously mentioned, the sport steering wheel is much nicer. After 163,000 happy miles, the only major item that took a dump was the transfer case and it was still under warranty. Great car, better if it's loaded, jmo
shouldn't you be liking a slammed EVO or sumpin'?? jk
