How many miles on 5 series
Just to get an idea, how many miles have you driven on your bmw. Did anybody hit 100000 or 200000 mark etc

I have 38000 (inectors replaced at 20000). Had lexus es300 2002 before ,traded in at 176000( no major issues), wondering will my e60 last that long without any majors.

My 1997 528i has 219,000 on it. I got it in 2000 with about 35,000. Just bought an 08 528i with 21,000 on it, and I'm planning on a good run.

Damn it man, I'm getting really scared & starting to regret my '07-530i purchase.... I've never had any problems with any of my Honda brands before & all of my Hondas/Acuras went way past 100k miles...the only thing is that, I love my BMW more so than any of my hondas.... It just sucks to hear these horror stories on this thread & others on bimmerfest...anyways, I'm going on 50k miles in the 530.

84k on my '04 530. Only repair work I've had done outside of warranty are a valve cover gasket replacement and the mechatronics sleeve on the tranny.

2004 545i- Purchased in November 2010 with 35,500 miles. Now I'm at a whopping 37,700 miles. No issues from me or previous owner.

74,000 on my 2006 530i only have paid for an alignment and a fuel injector cleaning. Smoothas silk and running like new.

48K on my 2008 528XI. Bought it with 32K. No major problems. Just sunroof seal replaced and trans. software update done. Right now needs the headlight sensor looked at and the wipers don't go all the way down sometimes. That's about it.

78,588 on 06 530i no issues to report, and no problems to report. Rowing through the gears smooth as day 1.

Just turned 80K and the car will be 5 years old next month.
Numerous problems over the years but I'll probably buy another 5 Series in a few years!

just hit 63K on my 07 530i. Had the valve head lifters replaced under warranty to eliminate "chatter", sun roof seal (just cause warranty would fix it). My car got drenched in a flood back in October and haven't had a single issue with the engine or it running at all, can't say the same for when they replaced the headlights. :X

65,000 on my 2005 545, MANY problems, some major, some minor. Still an awesome car to drive.
Note to OP and other posters. It would be great to see mileage just from e60's on this thread. Just to have a barometer on how the e60s are holding up at higher mileages.
