Any suggestions if I should or should not get it? What wheels did you end up buying? Thank you again. Your car looks sick!
The end result will look like the picture attached.

I didn't buy it yet. House put a full stop on the project. I'll wrap up Phase 2 because I already have the parts - lumma emblems and badges, bonnet, front mesh, gas/brake pedals, entrance borders, door guards, etc. I'll probably paint the bumpers and side ... or get the ACS widebody kit. But, why settle?

It's up to you if you want it or not. I like the look and that's why I want(ed) it. This kit existed before the X5M, so... But, because I was delayed, I'm thinking that I may not complete it ... because the 3rd generation X5 may be here in 2013. Still, a Lumma X5 will still look unique among all these other X5s in south florida. My car, as it is, has a different look from most others. Really, when I finish phase 2 and slap on some sick wheels, I really wouldn't need a body kit.

The wheels that I decided on are Hamaan wheels:

Problem is, the set is about $13,000. Kinda hard to do this project along side a recent purchase of a home. Still, the only things I'm lacking to achieve the full look is the kit and wheels. I have everything else, though its not all installed yet. Kit is probably back up to about 18,000 and Hamann wheels are about 13,000. This was all good back in 2009 when I first started thinking about the project, but now that the 2nd geneation X5 is "aging", I may just do the wheels and call it quits (after I finish Phase 2).

As for white fogs : GP Thunder 7500. That's what I have.
How much was your titanium mirror and window assembly?
Are you looking to sell it since a new body X5 is coming out?

How much was your titanium mirror and window assembly? I emailed Lumma and no response. Did you get it directly from Lumma or you had someone buy it in Germany? Thank you.

GP Thunder 7500. Do not go with 8500. Color mismatch.
