My cars got problems I think

Hey BMW people I just got this car and I don't have an owners manual and I have a few questions. The mechanic who looked at it said a lot of custom work was done to the car. And my mom is freaking out she thinks its a clunker but it runs great..
How do I get the headlight wipers and squirters to work?
The mechanic said the car doesn't have the original brakes since it has 4 cylinder calipers?
Sometimes the rear of the car is really low but when I start the car it goes back up?
From what I see in pictures there is usually a switch that says S and E and 321 but mine has a funny silver switch and a P1 and P2 label? It does not look stock in the least. When I have it in P1 the car drives like my moms press the gas and it goes like normal. P2 the car revs up to 1200 and then it just goes.
By the hood release there is a alarm called UNGO and I figured out how it works but I was wondering if it had a remote?
The guy who owned the car died 12 years ago so I can't ask him about the mods..

You can probably buy an Owner's Manual on ebay for $15 or so. I did. Start with that.

the brakes sound like m5 brakes, which means you have at least 15 inch rims. By the Bentley manual it is the best. i have an owners manual for 7 plus shipping.

I converted my rears to M5 calipers. The pads and rotors are the same as the reg e28.
