floss + goo-gone is all you need. Just get as close to the paint as you can with the floss, doing a sawing motion, and then pick off the rest of the foam with your fingers. Then clean up the real small stuff and residue with the goo gone

Seriously, the xDrive badges on the sides of BMW thesedays are ridiculous. It makes it even more obvious in the South that the driver doesn't know what he/she is doing.
