Repair costs on 2004 Z4 3.0?

Hello everyone, I'm considering buying a 2004 Z4 3.0 with around 32k miles. I haven't yet had it pre-purchase inspected, but I went to the used car dealership today to have a look and to test drive it. Test drive went ok, even though something (seemed to be the top) seem to rattle a bit. I guess this is probably normal with the stiff suspension and the run flats.

I'm not an expert (this will be my first car), but tried to visually inspect it. Of the things that needed reapair, I noticed three things:

1. A small, bubble/lump/"nipple", approximately pee sized. See picture. It is in the passenger side rear fender (i think this is what its called). I attached a picture of a random Z4 to show where it is. It's the metal part and not the plastic part. The weird thing is that this little outgoing dent seems to be pretty hard, so I don't think its rust. The trunk is pretty well isolated, so I dont think its something sharp in the trunk that pierced it from the inside.
The sales guy said that depending on what it is either the have to repaint the entire piece of metal or just grind down the lump and repaint it. Any thought on what this is and what it may cost?

2. The bolster of the drivers seat; the leather was worn and the bolster not supporting from getting in and out of the car many times.

3. The aluminium parts inside were pretty scratched up. Can this be fixed by re-polishing the pieces, or is it cheaper to get new aluminium pieces?

Overall, how much do you think these repairs will be? And if the will not be any further mechanical issues (PPI will show), then how much do you think this car is worth?

It is Black/Black/Black and has Sports, premium and heated seats.

Seems like although this car has only 32K miles on it...it make have been driven hard...rattles, rough interior, and and outie (although maybe a rock did this...seems strange indeed.

Unless this car is dirt cheap (and you have a independent pre-inspection),
I'd might look elsewhere. Just my personal opinion.

Thanks for the quick response. What approximately is dirt cheap? They originally asked $17,990, and I got them down to $16,300.

Also, in all fairness; it seemed it was only the left bolster, and the scratches that were an issue on the inside. And on the outside it was pretty clean too (even the rims and underneath the front bumper) -- except that weird little round lump.

Just for comparison...these are currently on sale on EBAY (I am sure AutoTrader, etc would have similar cars).

The bump looks like a simple PDR (Paintless dent repair). expect around $100.

The only issue is, that there is no entry from the back where the lump sticks out. Also, what would cause such a lump popping out?

Just a WAG that somehow during suspension work, maybe infamous broken spring, a tool, like a spring compressor came off when it shouldnt have. If the wheelwell plastic was out at the time of any suspension work just about any tool slipping could do that.
