E36 1999 window troubles

Hey guys having troubles with my passengers side window, when you pull the handle the window doesn't come down like it should. Also when the keys are in the ignition and press the switch to make it go down all I can hear is a clicking from the motor and no movement. Iv swapped the switches over, so that's eliminated. Any clear cut ideas would be great.

Pop the door panel off and look. Sounds like the regulator is stuck or broken.....
