simple search will tell you where it is. you have a plastic box under your hood with 3 relays in it. fuel pump relay is in there. should be right next to your afm.

no... one is the main relay, one is fuel pump, one is horn
the two 4 prong ones are horn and fuel pump, the 5 prong one is... the main relay..

Nevermind, I finally found it out, according to autozone.com its the middle.

E30 3 Series
M20 ENGINE
The fuel pump relay is mounted on a bracket on the left inner fender in front of the shock tower. There is a grouping of 3 relays. The forward relay is the main DME relay. The middle relay is the fuel pump relay. The rear most relay is the oxygen sensor heater relay.

What are the characteristics of a bad fuel pump relay or other relays. My car is running lean at higher rpm's and I have replaced almost everything besides these relays. Can a lean issue be caused by one or more relays?

The three relays are about $11 each at Pelican. $80 each at the dealership! I replaced all three.
