TPMS Sensor Learn Procedure

I am about to switch wheels on my 08 750li. Will my car learn the new TPMS sensors on it's own? Or is there a procedure I need to do?

Jim

you should be able to go into settings, click on tires:TPMS, then click on reset. Just got my new TPMS sensors in today for the new wheels tomorrow so I can leave my other ones together! Good Luck

& you only start drving AFTER you've started the reset procedure..
& make sure they are at the correct pressure before you reprogram it

I just mounted a set of wheels with new MY08 TPMS. I've tried resetting it 3 times and every time, I get the TPM Malfunction display. I will try putting all the tires at the correct pressure tomorrow and hopefully that will work.

This problem is common.
Follow the directions to reset exactly and drive off after you initialized the reset.
Only takes a few miles or less.
