Mein Auto: bmw 328i coupe
1995 E36 328i m50 manifold swap problem car doesnt idle revs just shoot up

i bought a 328i coupe off a friend who attempted an m50 manifold swap the car doesnt idle. when i start the car the revvs just shoot straight up and iv noticed i pipe off it comes off some sort of actuator thats attached to the suspension turret any help would be much appreciated thanks
