BMW 528xi(engine sound)???(noise)??????Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, I got my BMW 528xi 5 months ago. Actually, I don't know too much about cars. Could anyone help me to check does my engine sound ok?? This is my first car, so could anyone help me to check it.

You might want to get it checked. Compared to mine (same car) it does sound quite different when you rev it.....BTW: I got a creak in my neck from watching your video!

I've owned 2 I6's. Honestly, I didn't hear anything out of the ordinary.

Thank you so much for your reply, I did a inspection in BMW store couple of days before and they told me there is only one problem about this car which is transmission fluid leaking. It will cost me 1800 and the part they need to buy only worth 120, the other is labor fee!!!! Then I took it to do inspections two more time in 2 other different places,but the result shows that everything of this car is perfect. So I don't know what is going on??????

I did a inspection in BMW store in cincinati couple of days before and they told me there is only one problem about this car which is transmission fluid leaking. It will cost me 1800 and the part they need to buy only worth 120, the other is labor fee!!!! Then I took it to do inspections two more time in 2 other different places,but the result shows that everything of this car is perfect. So I don't know what is going on?????? One result shows there is a problem, but other two showed there is no problem...??!!

To be honest with you, the sound quality of the video wasn't very distinctive. Is it tapping, or idling rough?

Give the guys at "Just BMW" a call. They are off Highland Avenue off I-71. They are awesome Bimmer Mechanics. I've used them for all my off warranty work for almost 20 years. They are fair and honest and know their stuff.
