advice for a to be M5 owner!

hi. i just fell in love with the M5. was set on the cts-v, but now i want an M5...


i was wondering if theres any difference performance wise(ie. speed) between the different years (06-10) M5's? i know they all have the V10

would a 2010 M5 be faster than say, an 06 or 07? , provided they both had the same milage? or are they the exact same car.

im leaning towards an 09, (doubt ill be able to afford a '10), but im also open to an '08...

im also going to try to get one that has less than 25,000 miles. does taht sound like a wise/safe number?

any other advice?
