bmw fanatics group

hey guys i would like to create a group for south africa, richards bay where we can have get togethers and invite more people on the site. my main objective is to get people who can make a positive contribution to the society eg orphanges by donating food items , clothing and toys ...please help me set up a group on this site

2004 330ci convertible electric top does not go down. With the car in idle and the down bottom pressed the windows go partially down (normal), the red light is on but nothing else happens. Later I drive 20 min and park car in garage with trickle charge on.
Next day with car in idle I press top down button. Red light on but NOTHING happens. No windows partially down, etc.
I checked trunk compartment for correct position of luggage lever (which has not been used/moved in over a year). All good.
So WTF!
