Wrong its the same car "I'" or "LI". As for height wise, well there is a sports an a standard. Both come in "I" an "LI" the only difference is the sports sit 1 inch lower than standard an a few other features which I wont get into right now they. Both "li" AN "I" handles the same but I do believe the sport package handles better than standard suspension. On a more technical scale I think the "I" sport may handle a little better than the "LI" sport being that it may be lighter but I could be wrong. What you said though is ALL wrong.

Is the point of the 7 series not to be the shining example of ridiculous (read: awesome) over the top luxury in a car? A five star hotel room put on four wheels? The way I see it... picking the I over the Li is like building the Burj Al Arab but saying no to the tennis court on top because it's "kind of impractical"... "Practicality" was hurled out the window about a hundred (amazing) features ago - no point jumping after it now.

No. You're thinking about the S-class. The 7 series is a sports car.

Me i could care less about the leg room. Ive had plenty people in the back and not one ever even remotely suggested it was too cramped back there .. Not to mention the other things that happen in the back seat.. But what happens back there stays back there, except for herpes that will come back with you.. (hang over reference)

I. I drove both the I and the LI and the LI drives like a Limo... I'm a performance driver, so the I, with the s option fits me.

No doubt LI. I had a 2001 740 IL prior to owning this and got addicted to size and room it had.

Who cares , I am a 7 guy

I love driving our I and backing out of spaces is much easier. When you have people in the back seat the LI is definitely the way to go. I'm new to the LI and just cant seem to park it or back out of spaces easily... I guess I would say I on a daily basis, LI for road trips or having clients/friends in the car

After buying a 760Li, I cannot imagine owning an i. I'd rather just buy an E60 M5 and stuff myself into it (I'm 6'4" tall). Rear seat space is pretty much comparable between a 5 and a 745/750i.

that said, I do hit my head in the back of my own car, but I have all the legroom I want. Not so in an i or a 5 series.

After having an 745I, I was so glad to go to 750Li. I'm 6'1, tall friends and 4 kids so the room is great.

LI 4 me , but ether would be fine.

"I!!!" More sporty... Especially when they're rimmed up!!

li all the way, love the additional space in the back. Drove it from Vancouver to LA and back with my two little boys in the back. The space definitely helped along the way with the Mrs climbing back and forward to feed them first class road cruiser !
