Wheres my video...

MYBMW says that my new X3 is at the dealership but there is still no video. It's going to be about 3 weeks before I can pick up my car and would like to see the video. Is it normal for it to take this long to show up?

Looks like you are in NY as well. From the time of starting to build, how long did it take for the X3 to show up in the dealership?
My build process started on April 12th. Scheduled for completion on APril 20th as per BMW 1=800 number.
From the time of arrival at the dealership, how long does it for them to do a prep and release the car to you?

I signed the order 3/25 and it showed up today (4/16) on MYBMW as at the dealer. It should only take the dealer a day or 2 at the most to get the car ready for you.

Go into the website and register yourself. You need your order number of the last 6 of your VIN.
Once registered, go into your personal page and click on my videos. The prompt will come up to view your production video. It takes a bit for the link to activate. Once it is ready, a message appears that the video is ready to watch.

Thanks but i have checked there and everywhere on that page. It seems strange the the vehicle is at the dealer but the video has not shown up yet. I thought it would be available shortly after production completed.

I logged in to BMWUSA. But I do not see a personal page? But in the main screen I see link to owners videos. When I click that link it shows generic videos about BMW cars not the production video for my car.

Bump on this. My X3 has been completed and is at the dealer wayyy ahead of schedule, and I won't be picking it up for a few weeks. But I want to see the video of it being built. Where is it?

New (or soon to be) X3 35i owner. Waiting on arrival perhaps next week since car has been done since Monday (ordered 8/21) but I did get my video today! Just makes me more anxious to get the vehicle.

I just saw my car - need to register on the BMW site then add your VIN #.
