Valve & Timing Cover replacement

I am ready to change my valve & timing cover gaskets. After reading TIS, I am concerned about removing & installing the servomotors. TIS says to use diagnostic equipment to remove. I am guessing that it is referring to DIS?

Has anyone done this, that can provide me the correct way to remove & install the servo motors. I am only nervous about the servo motors, the rest will be a aggravating. I expect an 8 hour job!

I just want to give everyone with leaking valve covers, to do this yourself will be no fun! I have spent 6 hours getting everything apart. There is not an easy way to do this. Tommorow I will remove the upper timing covers, to change these gaskets also. The only good thing about this will be, is easy access to the spark plugs! I am taking plenty of photo's, so that I can hopefully do a DIY.
