loose side mirror

my 2002 x5 passenger side mirror is loose.
any suggestion how to tighten it?

At the bottom of the mirror pop the round plastic cover (approx. 40.00 mm diameter) off, tighten the M6 bolt.

Driver's side mirror was loose, regardless of how many times I retract or extend them. Popped off the cover on the bottom of the mirror and tightened the 4 torx bolts. Nice and tight now.
