Keeping up w/Porsche / X5

I was driving home to Minnesota from Creighton University and here is this Porsche up ahead being slow down with traffics. I cruise up behind it and doing like 100 MPH with my 2011 X5.

Below is the location that I took this using my HTC EVO footprint
41 53' 52.72" N, 93 34' 15.38" W

He knows we were behind him and pulling up next to him. He zig zag in and out of lane.

I wonder if it would make a difference had the coordinates been 42 53' 12.72" N, 23 74' 16.31" W, versus 41 53' 52.72" N, 93 34' 15.38" W, and if it was a white Porsche instead.......... intriguing indeed.

OMG!!!!! An X5 driven by a college kid can keep up with a Porsche that's been slowed down by traffic? Who knew! Get Jeremy Clarkson on the line, we've found the next Stig!

To save the admins the work, you could just stop posting...

Better yet, learn from your mistakes. We were all college kids once (heck 0428 was on the 7 year plan) and we all did foolish things. Most of us learned from those mistakes, sometimes because other folks held up a mirror and made us look at ourselves through their eyes.

The bad news is you got a mild scolding on an internet forum. The good news is that you did not appear on the evening news because you had a tire deflate on your X5 doing triple digits (probably with a lot of weight in the back if you were driving home from college). You and your passengers were not DOA, and no innocent bystanders were hurt. Life could be worse.

Papa's waisting his money. The kid cannot write a complete sentence.

Waisting?

Based on his screen name, I get the feeling English may not be the OP's native tongue. If that's true, I'd cut him some slack. If my (pre-judging, stereo-typing) hunch is right, his family may have focused more on math and science than English.

Sad thing is, a whole lot of teenagers cannot write a coherent paragraph, let alone a thesis. My (totally uninformed, totally unscientific) hunch is that they spend so much time being distracted by "multi-tasking" (aka multi-failing) that they cannot focus long enough to pull it off.

OK, you "quacked" me. While papa's squandering his money, my waistline is growing. Multi-failing is a good description! Common sense (street smarts, as my wife says) is a lost art.

No need for the 7 year plan, street smarts is all that you need these days, just look at j-z, lil Wayne, fifty cent........ Just to name a few very succesful business men, the bling on any one of their pinky fingers is worth more than your house, my house, quackers house and his m3, COMBINED!
