Jon I spoke to Omar at Active Autowerke. They are bringing a car or 2 with them. I told him about this and he was interested.

As stated on facebook I should definately be in california from NY with the e36 in time for this.

Good just got my spare tire mounted on one of the style 19's i have and got AAA just in case

Hey Everybody,
My name is Dave Lopez. I am the primary cameraman for this upcoming KTLA/Bimmerfest shoot on May 13th. As Jon Shafer has stated,we need as many of you that can make it to the Rose Bowl on this date. Last year we had a great turnout of cars and their owners. It made some great live television. I hope that many of you can make it this year. Let's make this even bigger than last year. We had at least 40 cars last year. Let us make it at least 50 cars for 2011.
Because it is early morning live TV, we need (those who can make it)to be there about 615am. Our first live shot will be about 710am. We need that hour to organize and to get our technical stuff in order.
Please give Jon and I details about your car on this forum. What type of car you will be bringing and what time you plan on being there. This way, we can plan our day. I know that 615am is early, but it will be alot of fun and your car will be on TV.
I plan on bringing my BMW 530i that morning. Let's meet near the front of the Rose Bowl,where the giant sign is. Look for a silver e39 530i. That will be me. From there, I will guide you to the area where we will doing our shoot.
See you on Friday, May 13th.
P.S. If you can't make it by 615am,show up a little later. We will be shooting until about 930am.

Everyone is welcome -- whether you've got a classic, stock or modified Bimmer!

As Dave wrote above, the important part is going to be arriving early for the 7 am segment -- Classics (let's include E21s and E30s here)...

Everyone should err on the side of being there EARLY.

Those with new, late-model cars, we need you too. Stock can be "lightly modded"...

Let's blow the producers' minds and have a few hundred cars show up!!!!

Wether you have a 20 year old BMW with dings on it or a highly modded M, just show up. We need all types of Bimmers for our liveshot.
