planned basic HIFI upgrade

Hi All,

1st post here (excl my intro post).

I just sent Technic a quick PM as I understand his magical harness adapters are amazing!
my new car comes with the business advanced media pack, 7" nav, usb, etc etc. But as I am an idiot i missed the fact that it doesn't upgrade the speakers at all, and as such, no front tweeters and 6 speakers amped from the head unit....... gutted. (if i am wrong about this in the 2012 UK model please put my mind at rest, but i fear i am not).

So my plan is to install an MS-8 unit somewhere behind the glove box and install some components in the front with tweets in the door pillar to raise the stage etc.

has anyone done this at all? I have seen people upgrade from the amp in the boot (trunk) in America, but i am yet to see any installation guides or follow ups for a basic UK spec car upgrade. If anyone can point me in the direction of one that would be grate but suffice to say I will be taking pics and doing my own guide on the whole process to help others.
