Belt Snapped
I replaced my belts a month ago and my alt. belt snapped again today. Just finished replacing it but why? faulty belt? bad water pump pulley?

bad alignment or theres a rough edge on a pulley. only real 2 causes for premature failure that short in time

Lol sorry @ seeded, shredded was the word I was looking for I'm hating this Android .... it shredded so, as suggested your pulleys ...... I've had this happen b4 don't feel bad

I don't feel bad lol this is why i bought the car is to rebuild it. This just doesn't seem right so im trying to fix it.

You know, I never found out what spun my belt off when I did it years back, I just replaced them again last weekend.... I suspect that I might have not had it on correctly that first time,
