last Aug I drove from Tx to Az to purchase my '08 M5, Black/Beige, Aluminum, SMG, most options, CPO, Maintenance contract (will never buy in Az again - taxes too high !)

drove it home to Tx then to the L.A. area to visit family - also to attend a HS reunion in Newport Beach - put 6000+ miles on it in 2 months !

didn't really "learn" the SMG until after those trips - liked it then, love it now - never again a MT

planning another L.A. trip in Aug (family visit) - perhaps up thru Colorado, Utah, Nevada - just to see some new country and new roads (other than interstates..)

it's a weekend driver but I'm loving putting these big-mileage trips on it
