traction control problem again

hi ,i have had the old problem with the abs and traction control lights before. i have had the abs module sent for repair and it came back fine until last month the traction control light came on after 12 months. the code error said it was a wheel sensor right rear i replaced that and the light stayed on. i tried my abs sensor (530i) in a 525i and the abs and traction control came on, thinking the sensor was gone again i sent it back to the repair shop. they have told me that module is fine and that it may be my longitudinal or lateral sensors may be gone i really do not know any more. i dont have the module to run a diagnostic yet but if anyone has any ideas it would be great to hear cos i just dont know anymore thanks
