BMW pulled out all the stops with this luxury hotel in Mexico as their press launch for the F12 and F13 6 Series. The shape of the new 6 looks perfectly at home at this resort, I wonder how many of the other guests have a 6 series on order back home.

Probably. But the reason why is because its "safer". Less unique. More cookie cutter. Less interesting. Less sporty. Less aggressive. Utterly boxy. Square.

Boring.

People like cookie cutter. Look how many people own Honda's.

I have been waiting with excitement to see the new 6 and I have to say I'm somewhat disappointed. It doesn't have a "Wowness" factor. It looks more like the rest of the BMW cars. I liked how different the previous 6 was from the other BMW cars. Also, the front bottom of car lacks style.

However, I do like the LED lights and improved power. The interior looks great as well.

Perhaps the previous 6 was more exciting b/c it was a totally new Car and not a redesign.

I can't wait to see it in person; maybe I'll be more impressed
