2000 m5 or 2006 e60?
i am looking at getting rid of my 99 528i, i am looking at a 2006 530xi for $15,500 with 99,000 or a 2000 m5 for $13,000 with 103,000, it's a very hard choice, please give your opinions i have not drove the m5 yet i am hoping to do that tommorow

Both may be ready for some maintenance...
I'd see how they've been maintained....before just going by price/miles. Getting either car up to snuff could cost you a few grand at the drop of a hat. ///M is waaaaaay more of a car

Do you mean the pre 03/2000? At 103k its probably had the VANOS rebuilt, MAF's done, T stat and many others of course. Im Assuming its a one owner that took good care of it, dont get an abused M5. Only get the E39 M5 if you can maintain it properly.
