Love bugs!

Wife just drove down from Jax to ft laud and right thru the part of the state where lovebugs abound this time of year, these come off easily but are a pain while you are driving. I am looking for a TEMPORARY solution to handle this. I am not interested in a clear bra as this only happens once or twice a year and not here where I live. So what's everybody think?

I'm thinking:
taping up the front with blue painters tape before I go ( gauche)
using clear tape (Better)
some type of spray?
Pam?

any suggestions?

There is some sort of clear film, about 4-6 inches in width, that can be custom fitted to the front of your hood. It's attached permanently but practically impossible to see but my body shop guy puts it on all of his personal vehicles. It would help some with this.

You're front end looks about the same as driving through Montana during a big Stonefly or Caddis hatch.

That's why they call them luv bugs

They are very bad here this year. They seem to be moving south. I use a good wax (Zaino) that makes removal easier.
