Z3 EML Wierd Issues

Well anyone who own a Z3 I'm sure has bottomed out once or twice over a steep hill or speed bump. This time was different for me. I bottomed out and the EML light and DSC light came on. They go off periodically but the interesting problem is that when this happens the RPM Gauge falls to Zero and the Engine Temperature Light SkyRockets (even though no overheating is occuring), to Max Hot... any ideas on this one guys???
