So I am new at looking at leases. So you are saying I could get a 2011 Z4 35is for $307/mo (no tax in NH). Is this with no down payment?

Sorry, trying to understand. The picture I posted above was the 3.0 for just under $394 with $3500 out of pocket.

So the is model, which is priced higher, is less per month?

Only if I do ED? What would be a typical price for picking up at a dealer?

They should because the 8 Z4's at one of my local dealers since April are still sitting there. Although I think it had a lot to do with the dealer being greedy.

I may just have to go back to Z4 ownership.

I think BMW has extended the crazy residual until 6/30/2011. I saw the same term as last month on bmwusa.com

If a car has been in the inventory for a long time, it could get more incentive from the manufacture to move it. So theoratically you can have two identical cars, one can be sold for less than the other. I am speaking in general.

Sorry to keeping hammering on this, but could you please clarify whether the residual is 82% (as suggested early in this thread), or 79%?

Also, how much and when are the MSDs required (at signing, at pickup, what about if doing ED)?

Have not leased before (and was actually thinking about an SUV, believe it or not), but this is sounding really attractive!

Are the mf rates 0.00160 or 00.00145? My dealer is charging 0.00160. He even showed me last months rates and that's what it was for base engine, can someone clarify.

82% is for 2year at 10K miles. MSD are 7 payments.

I don't think it's markup, he showed me the mf for the month of May. It was 0.00160, can someone please confirm this?
