Advanced Diesel Engine Technology document

I apologize in advance is this has been previously posted. I searched both this forum and several other BMW forums looking for such a document, but did not find it. It took a lot of Google searching to find this link:

ftp://94.212.182.18/Other-Software/T...20Workbook.pdf

I have also attached the file, not sure which works easiest for people.

Fascinating reading, 118 pages

Thanks for posting this. Outstanding. I was hoping to find the micron rating on the fuel filter but don't see it. Still trying to find that . . .

Find out who makes filter for BMW (Mann WK519 or WK523?) and go from that

Can we do a thread that is a compilation of this sort of information...and then make it a sticky? That was a fascinating read and I want more like it

Concur with Mathlete, this is great stuff and should be made a permanent part of this site with easy access to all. I think a sticky with this and anything of a similar nature would be greatly appreciated by all.

Thanks for posting this. I have little understanding of diesels (despite owning one) and this is a great help.
