86 325 Driver Door Issue
Another question:
The driver side door was making a popping sound when I would open and close it. The popping sound has stopped but now I can't open the door all the way. It seems to be getting hung up. Any help is much appreciated!!!

86 325 Driver Door Issue
Aloha, When I had this issue with my '89, after getting a suggestion to put on some grease stuff. When I was vacuuming my car the other day, I realized the bolts on the door were loose and I tightened them and fixed the problem. Hope this works for you

The door check strap is probably broken within the door. The strap holds the door open in 2 different positions
|

Door strap. Just unhook it.

Remove it or replace it! Left just unhooked it can dent the door from the inside.
