Air Conditioner Weird Noise

So the other day i was driving and I noticed that a wierd noise was coming out from the dash mounted AC vents that are right up by the windshield. so i messed with the controls and it didnt really help. When i turned it off it went away. its kinda like a whiny buzzy sound. I dont think it's the auxiliary fan (i read that in some other threads) because it flickers on and off and frankly it just doesnt sound right I dont know what it is, does anyone have an idea what it could be?

Sounds like some foreign material (leaf?) got stuck in the fan, or somehow in the vent. Is the noise present only when air is blowing through those upper vents?

If it's a subtle high pitched rotating whirring noise that is intermittent (for example only when turning), it's the blower motor. My dealer was aware of it and replaced it.

Had the same problem and had the blower motor replaced under the CPO a couple of weeks ago.

Is it RPM dependent? I had a whining noise that was RPM dependent and when they checked it out the refrigerant was low - topping it off fixed it. No leaks were found.
