2002 bmw 745li parking brake on can i turn it off??
i have a 2002 bmw 745li and the parking brake light is on. i dont have the money to fix it so i wanted to know if there is something i can disconnect or connect to make the light on the dash go off. im tired of seeing it already.

You should be able to turn it off by pressing the button on the left with the big P. Or is your brake disabled and your light just stays on?

Its disabled nd the light just stays on. Is there a way i can make it go off? Or do i need to fix it?

Maybe try going to an indy and having them reset the code? If not I'm thinking it could be a sensor but I am not 100% sure. GL

after you replace the parking brake actuator, do you have to reset it? I replaced mine and my light is still on
