Hmmm. I wonder if those exact changes will carry over into the US market. The chrome trimming is a bit out dated state side. Even the rear bumper reflectors seems to have a chrome trim. Yuk.

Wonder if they are going to face lift the M sport as well.

I wonder if the "550 rear look" we're accustomed to stateside is utilized in other F10 engine variants overseas, i.e., Mainland China in this example?

I like the squarish headlights. I'm assuming full LED, like the 6 series. The current white eyebrow will be a sharp straight LED light. I'm curious what the M sport bumpers will look like. I'm sure they will look great. Im not a fan of this bumper but I'm not a fan of the current non m bumpers either

Classy move to keep the design very close to the original, very slight changes. Shows confidence in timelessness and foresight behind the design team, and shows they regard the car high enough, and are happy with its results to the point where they don't want to mess with "perfection".
I'm sure the improvements to the technicalities and drive can only make an already great car even better, if they even change much if anything in that regard. Not sure about the crease around the inner headlight, it does make the front look more aggressive in a slight way, but it isn't as clean or smooth as the current front. So far, no real complaints by me toward the facelift, which is a good thing! Love that they seem to be keeping the rear the same, BTW, the F10 has such a perfect rear and taillights graphic look IMO. I can't wait to see what differences may be toward the M Sport Package. I hope they don't make it look overly fussy or complex or something like that, which just wouldn't work on the F10 design.

Saw an LCI F10 M5 today (I'm in germany right now) and it is changing, so I'd assume M-sport is as well. There was bits of psychedelic vinyl black and white wrap on portions of the bumpers.

![]() Not liking that chrome accent in the lower grille. The fogs also look a little cheap. The grille is definitely a different shape and size. It seems that the LCI doesn't have the orange reflector in the bumper as well. I am sure that may change if they didn't find a way to incorporate it in the headlight housing. Overall, the LCI fits the bill and will be enough to entice many for another lease. I am excited to see the M Sport and M5 LCI. I saw a spy shot on the above page of the M5 LCI in disguise.

I wonder if the M Sport Package will be changed at all. Lots of BMW's historically have not had their M Packages changed at all.
The less slats in the grille is interesting. I guess IF I ever get a different grille on this car, I'll consider a version of the LCI grille perhaps. Can't tell if I like it more than the more-slat look of ours. The GT-like crease around the eyes-to-grille is interesting. Different, nice, but can't tell if I like it less or more than the smooth transition on the current upper bumper area.

I do not care for the crease between the headlight and grill. In general the front fascia now looks disjointed.

BMW has sacrificed some of the smooth designs just for the sake of making a change for LCI.

Not just for the sake of making a change. Brings it in line with the other current offerings.

Not feeling the angled lines above the lights - doesn't seem to flow with the rest of the car.
Love the new non M-Sport front bumper and grilles. Done just right. Prefer circular headlamps as opposed to the rectangular active LEDs.

I like it. Classic BMW LCI, a substantially crisper and fresher look and still very familiar. Nice job as pretty much every other LCI to date.

I'm neutral on the changes to the headlights. I like the changes to the front bumper. Less of the smiley face look which I wasn't crazy about which was a big part of why I opted for the M-sport package.

Also interesting: According to this source, the LCI of the F10 is supposed to get an I-Drive Touchpad for text-entry.

It looks the LCI F10 adopted the new European pedestrian protection design like the 3 series, the front end slope down a bit too much for my liking.
