Even tho I am a giant Style 5 lover, I decided to get something a little different from others. So today I'm getting a set of 16"x8.5 ACT Wheels.

Unfortunately, I will be able to fit them on only in December, when I get to Latvia. Now the rims will lay around at my friends garage, waiting for the next summer, when they will be put on my E36. I guess they will be used without the center lids, just to give it a little sporty look

Hey guys,
the last few months have been pretty hard for me, so I didn't have any time to post anything, but today I got back to Latvia, got my rims and tried them on.
Here are some super crappy phone pics with the rims on my super dirty car, which will be washed tomorrow:

Yeah, there's plenty of poke, but I hope that with 215/45 tires stretched on it will flush with the fenders pretty good without rolling the fenders.

Your suggestions?

I agree that Style 5s are played out at this point. Those look good, but how in the world are you going to get them to fit?

Good lord, what's the offset?

I'm a fan of the streched look when it's done right, but I'm thinking that those wheels might be a bit too out there for that.

^ this x10. You'll have to run crazy stretch to get them to clear the lip, even with a roll and pull. Stretch that extreme is stupid.

Well it looks a lot worse in the pics than in real life...
These ones have ET 10, which a little too crazy, but I'll try to fit them somehow. If not, I'll just sell those rims

Also, this is not the summer height for the car - it stands on winter 205/65 tyres, and the front end is placed on the car jack, it doesn't stand freely on the rim, so also the look is different.
I guess that when dropping it lower will make the camber more negative, so they could fit pretty good. I don't know if they will, just making some thoughts. I hope to get the tires next week, so I can really try those ones on and see, how crazy will it look

So yeah, I haven't shown anything to you for a while, so I will just do a quick writing a put some pics, which show how my car looks now.

Now I have came back from Denmark for staying here for a while, so I had some time to do stuff with my car, so these jobs have been done:

Rear shock replacement
Height adjusting
Tyre and rim change
"Personalized" front fender
M steering wheel placement
Exhaust muffler change

Also many more ideas have raised in my mind, so by the end of this summer the car will have a M52B28 under the hood and the color will be different from now.

So here are the pics:

Hope there are some guys, who like cars styled out like mine

That looks like ass.

Suspension/tires/wheels don't work together at all.

Wheels/tires are fine, but I have a real problem with deliberately rusting parts and displaying them for "originality"...............but it's your car. Knock yourself out. I do like the troll face sticker!
