electrial drain
my light on my window buttons stay lit as well as a few other dash light and my licence plate lights as well drains my batt and even if i boost the car after I let the batt charge it from the alt I turn the car off and it wont start back up. how do I go about fixing it??

test your battery and alternator first.
then see why they are staying on. My last car had alot of weird things going on with it sorta like this situation. license plate lights would stay on.... then i would open/close it two times then they would go out. My current cars window switches on the passanger side stay lit. but since they dont work anyways... i dissconnected them .

|
the other day my e30's headlights were stuck on, no matter what i did they wouldnt shut off, so i opened the fuse box and tapped on all the relay's and she went off, so i'd check that area too maybe something is sticking in the on position.
