Suggestion on Price?

So I'm considering selling my 95 540i.
the good:
new radiator, upper and lower hose
new thrust arm bushing
new tires / balance
new belts
new pullies
new thermo
new exhaust hangers
new brakes and rotors all around
new battery
new spark plugs

the bad:
small dents
two rust spots small fix
might need new fuel pump
might need new suspension
left rear window wont go down
driver seat wont go up or down.
front passenger seat wont recline.

I've had this car for around a year now. I got it as a gift from my dad. It's been well fixed since i got it. When i did first get it it was a death trap car since when you drove it anywhere the wheel would just rattle and all rotors were warped. So what im asking from you guys is what would be a good price to sell the car? I do plan on getting other things fixed too if it helps to sell it and I aint sure about my engine block it has over 137000 miles on it and its been working great other then a sticky lifter clicking. It is a Non Vanos.

Is it auto or manual trans? Take no less than 3.500. fixing the seat cables would be a plus.

For a late-model 540i, $3500 is a good starting point. The first weak point is it is an automatic, which will decrease the value slightly.

The only other weak point I would look at if I were specifically buying your car, is the two rust spots. There is no "easy fix" to rust- once it starts, it will continue without delay and will not stop unless you replace all affected panels ($$$$).

If a buyer counters with those points, I would pull out your receipts and show them how much you put into it.
