I didn't have time to troubleshoot this myself. And I could kick myself. I do most all the maintenence on the car so I could have done this as well. In the end it was a bad relay and it was located right beside the motor accessible from the trunk. The relay was $19. The labor was $300. The relay was clicking but not forwarding the power on to the next station. A dishonest dealer could have easily have told me it was a bad motor to jack up the fee. The mechanic is my good friend. He just didn't have time to help me after hours. Hope this can help someone.
