no injector pulse

Seems like I got spark,I definetly.got fuel,but still only runs if I spray starting fluid ,but doesn't run off its own fuel,I'm thinkin no injector pulse,where do I start in the testing process please?

Check for voltage at the injector connection.

ok, so i got power to the injectors but when i turn the car over there is no power to the injectors,and as soon as i stop turning it over the injectors have power again..but no pulsing,thats for sure

crank sensor controls injector pulse ohm out that sensor not sure on the spec.
