x5 window problem

my 06 x5 pasenger side window i cant roll up when it goes all the way down, if i pull it with my hand it rolls up slowly, everything is normal if i dont roll all the way down.when i roll down driver and pasenger side driver side is about 1 cm higher thn pasenger side n when i try to roll up or down it moves 1 cm plz help

Sounds like your window regulator is failing. I've replaced all mine in my 328. The front ones at least 2 or 3 times. You'll have to remove the door panels to see exactly what the problem is. If it's just the cabling then you can do it yourself if you have some mechanical abilities or take it to a trusted mechanic. Good Luck!

Window needs to be initialize. I recommend for you to take to dealer or shop with gt1 or isss software. They have to do it through comp for better results. They also have a way to initialize it manually by holding window button down for up for 12minutes. Good LUCK!!!

it was window regulator clip, b4 u take it to dealer open up n take a look inside
