Exclamation 1987 735i ,Battery Draw

Hi, I have a car with a continues draw that will kill battery after 2 days. The battery has been replaced and the alternator. I also disconnected the stereo, driver, passenger electric motors and clock. Checked for draw for 2 hrs every time is happens and it's always below 50milliamps after 16minutes. Has anyone had similar issue and got it solved...
Please help ...thanks ...

Few tips about how to track the drain can be found here : http://www.meeknet.co.uk/E38/ or here :http://twrite.org/shogunnew/topmenu.html

I'm having a similar problem as well with my 94' 740i e32. Returned from a three dey trip and decided to pull the bimmer out and the battery was drained. Pulled the radio fuse, which controls the alarm as well, recharged it and all is well. Really don't care for the radio - rather listen to my engine, but I would like to have an operative alarm system. Any solutions other than going to the dealer?

Separate the radio and alarm wires from the circuit (whole car) and replace the fuse. Battery drain yes - it is neither of those units. No battery drain? Connect one of the systems. I'm sure you can guess the rest. Fix the part causing the drain.

Could be a break in a wire (most likely a primary wire [ie thick wire] causing the drain due to grounding against bared metal...
Check to see if any of the fans continue to run after the normal time (my car issue A/C blower fan turns on/off at random - no matter of key position - thinking that the boneheaded stereo install my have some blame in this as the radio also turns on / off at random (but only with key in 1 ot 3 position - not in OFF)...

Aux pump? Fuel pump continue to run?

Can't think of any others to check atm.
