Roof malfunction

The roof on my 2011 Z4 has just decided not to go down. The shelf in the trunk is correctly latched. When I press the button to lower the roof, the green light comes on as if the roof will go down, but nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas until the dealer can get me in in a week? Thanks.
