Smile 2003 X5 3,0d

Hi Guys, i am new to this forum and need some help with the rear door locks on my 2003 X5. The central locking is clicking but will not open the door locks on both rear doors (front doors work - no problems there).
I have taken the door cards off and checked the function of the lock actuators and it seems as if something small is broken inside the lock/actuator as there is something moving up and down when i press the lock function on the remote, but the buttons of both rear doors will not unlock. Is there an exploded view of the lock/actuator available so i can study it to see what to look for?? I am thinking that maybe something small like a plastic connector/arm is maybe broken inside the lock/actuator and can be glued together or fixed somehow!! ,
Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

Try a search over on xoutpost I'm sure it was covered there. If memory serves you may need new door locks but I could be wrong.
