Buying a 2002 BMW X5 4.4L

Hi there.

My brother is in the process of buying a 2002 BMW X5 4.4L. It has a sport package with 108K miles. Fully loaded and gorgeously clean inside and out. Although it has a duplicate title due to a lost original one and had 4 owners, 3 of them auto auctions, I ran Carfax and Auto Check on it and got a score of 87% with no accidents, damage, etc... I've already arranged an appointment with the dealer to have it inspected tomorrow afternoon. However, I still need your points of view and opinions regarding what the common issues/problems are and what you guys think generally, such as expenses, engine, transmission, suspension, handling, and so on so he can have an idea about what he's getting. Thanks!
