Ideas about what? LOTS of ideas here. Just search.

Feedback about what? You don't even say what model or year or color you bought.

I myself went ahead and did the whole banana with the top, i was able to find a top online for $350 and install for $300 at a fabric shop. Had for going on a year now feels tighter than ever. Suggest looking alot on line for a good replacement saves some major $$$.

Nice! I would start with a new top, then find a paintless dent removal place.

GAHH makes a Sonnendeck top that is the same material as OEM but has a sewn-in window that cannot be replaced. Price is about 1/3 of OEM. I would have a pro do the installation as it is hard for a first- timer to get a good waterproof seal around the rear and tracking down leaks is a PITA. Nice looking car, same as the original Goldeneye Z3. Does it have some kind of unique steering wheel?

I think that there are pre-drilled holes for rolls hoops. Mines a 98 so I have no experience with holes or not I just know installing them isn't complicated.

we don't need no stinkin roll hoops

nice car, don't bother with the hoops. the car looks better without them. For the price of the hoops you can do the top. I still smile every time I get out of mine.

@cityconstable would you rather be safe or dry? I think the roll hoops add some sportiness to the car. And a considerable amount of safety.

I know this might sound dumb, however, what are roll hoops? I need the top done for the security of the car..with the back window out,i might as well leave the top down at night... I cant even put a sterio in my new found love!

Roll hoops are the safety bars behind the seats.
