Lease Rate Speculation

Anyone care to offer a speculative opinion on the Z4 Aug lease rates?

There are a couple black on black 35i on the local lot. The residuals are already ridiculously high so I can't imagine they would increase those. The current MF is 0.00175. Historically, I'm unsure if they've ever offered lease rates at 0.00160 on the Z4. I wish I could find a 35is locally but they seem to be gone.

Any insight or guess-timates welcome.
