first time M5 buyer...

hey everyone.. I have a imola red 2003 X5 4.6is.. im looking to sell this. im looking forward to get a e39 M5.. what are main things i should be worried about (i doubt it will have more problems than my X5) but just curious to what im looking to fix, or change, at around 90k miles and up.. thank you...

The front suspension components need a refresh. My fuel pump just failed at 112k miles, window regulators tend to seize sometimes. The cup holders suck.

And be careful of mechanics, yes, even BMW Mater Techs, not following the water pump replacement procedures on TIS, and proceed to screw up your harmonic balancer, causing random and impossible to track SES lights.

Boy am I glad I found a new dealer with competent mechanics.
