My New 535xi

I'm new to the forums and thought I would share pics of my new ride. Bought it about a month ago. Just had the 356 wheels installed today. I know forged wheels are the way to go, but I got an amazing deal on them from a local dealer and couldn't pass them up. Plus I absolutely love them. I haven't noticed any change in performance.

Now I just need to lower it a little. Does anyone make blue calipers for the F10?

Really like the way the wheel spokes compliment the chrome window and door handle trim. Nice ride!

I am generally not a great fan of any aftermarket stuff or any mod but those wheels are simply STUNNING. They fit the look of the car so perfectly I'm surprised BMW doesn't make them the default wheel that comes with the car. Could I ask you what you paid for them and whether they come in 18" and 19" sizes?

Because then BMW can't overcharge you for an ugly set of wheels from the factory and put the hot wheels in their aftermarket catalog.

I agree they should be an option. They are on the 650. As soon as I saw them available on BMW's site I had to have them. I stumbled into a deal with a local dealer who sold a customer a 2012 650 and the customer didn't want the wheels. So they sold me the wheels for $1000.00. I just couldn't pass up the deal. I still had to buy tires, center caps and TPMS sensors. I was originally going to buy tires through tire rack but the dealer beat the tire rack prices for me. I have to say I have never had a better buying experience for anything than I have had with my dealer. BTW the cheapest I could find them prior was about $2500.00.

They are only available as 20's. So I will be putting the stock 18's back on about Dec. 1st.

I still think the car needs to sit a little lower. I don't want to go crazy low, just a little. Not sure if I should go with ACS Springs or the KW V3 Coilovers. The coilovers have a great review but not sure if I want to cough up that kind of cash for an inch or so because that's all the lower I would want to go.

Allow me to repeat an earlier poster. I don't usually like after market mods, but the wheels are simply amazing.

You don't like the F10 OEM wheels? The only ones I don't like are the base 528i issue.

Good call on the 528i wheels - they're the only aesthetic feature on my 528i of which I'm really not a fan.
