2003 Z4 Scratch Fogged Headlights

My headlights look horrid. I am shying away from DYI Kits since the results aren't what they claim. A few shops promised to make them look factory new.

Any ideas? How much are OEM? Could I just get some used ones from a junk / parts place online?

I don't mind spending a little cash since I love the Stock look of my Z4 and this takes away from it as well as lighting up the road.

Actually, I think you will have great DIY results if you stick with a major brand such as 3M, Meguiars, or Mothers. Someone here recently posted about another brand which worked well too... http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...ight=headlight

If you are not comfortable DIY, there should be local places who do it professionally. You dealer may have a suggestion as well.

Z4 headlights

troyz4:

I see that you live in Austin and I live in New Braunfels nearby. I own a '03 Z4. I have an extra set of headlights in good condition removed in 2006. All bulbs are working. If you try cleaners and your headlights still look rough, I will sell you my headlights for 50% of retail.
